Great experience with Sleid Rental We had a very good experience with Sleid Rental in Albania. From the very beginning, communication was quick and easy, mainly via WhatsApp. We arrived and left Tirana during the night, so we really appreciated that they arranged both the pick-up and drop-off at the airport without any problems. Our first car, a Renault Captur, was clean and in good condition (with a few scratches that are probably quite typical for driving in Albania 😊). The price was exactly as agreed, with no hidden costs or unpleasant surprises. At one point the car had a mechanical problem — because cars are cars and sometimes things simply happen. What really impressed us was how Sleid Rental handled it: they quickly arranged another car and delivered it directly to our hotel. For me, the most important thing when renting a car is simple: you get the service that was promised and agreed upon. Sleid Rental delivered exactly that. We have decided to use Sleid car rental based on other customers evaluation and I will be another satisfied customer with a 5 ⭐ . The reason why: - they are an Albanian company,  based on Durres , not as big as the international rental companies but the quality of their service is very good, from the cars, their competitive price and mainly from the people that work there, Marjo and team was always ready and did their best to support us. They delivered the car at our hotel and at the end of our trip they also picked the car in the hotel we have stayed. I have a small car accident , but as I have paid for full insurance, it was simple and easy to solve the situation with Marjo helping me with local police and also talking with the other driver since he speaks only Albanian, so in my opinion adding full insurance is not just an option is something really important to add in any contract in Albania  and the extra cost is not to much. We had a great experience renting a car from this company. The car was in fantastic condition, the booking process was super easy, and the customer service was top-notch. La voiture était au top (GLA 200d)! Livrée propre et propriétaire sur place dès notre arrivée à l’aéroport. Il nous a même attendu le temps de prendre une SIM. Service et location au top du top! Voiture rendue assez sale à cause de la tempête quelques jours plus tôt mais le propriétaire n’a pas trouvé ça grave et n’a pas non plus demandé un surplus. Un tout grand merci.
